Can Pregnant Women Eat Honey
Welcome to hero TV. Now, are you pregnant and wondering if you can eat honey? I’ve got Cynthia Sumner. Our hero for today. And she’s going to talk all about that. So it said that it can be dangerous for babies to consume honey because of some bacteria that it’s hard for their immune system to break down. So there’s a myth that it’s not good for a pregnant woman to eat honey but it is a myth. Pregnant women can have honey and it’s actually a really good source of nutrition for her.
Yes pregnant women can have raw honey. In fact, I highly recommend it. Honey is full of natural antibiotic properties which keeps the moms body boosted and healthy allowing more energy to build your baby. Using local raw honey is a great way to heal allergies. It has to be local and what’s in that raw honey is local plants and it’s in just small amounts so you can introduce it to your body, in your immune system on such a low level that it can help break your body into it and it can help you to be able to recover from allergies. Honey is a perfect natural sweetener. It is full of nutrients, it’s building your body while you get that sweetness that you’re looking for. So instead of using the refined white sugar, you can use in a green smoothie or with your oatmeal raw honey. So you’re giving your body something good while you’re having something sweet.
