How To Achieve Your Goals And Dreams

Hey this is Gerald Rogers. Welcome to Hero TV! On today’s episode we’re going to be talking about how to achieve your goals and dreams and how to manifest anything you want in your life Have you ever had a huge dream? something that you wanted to create? something you wanted to have happen in your life? and you just weren’t sure how to make it happen? Have you ever had like a, a goal that you said, that you’re like, “this is it. This is what I’m going to be doing” and you struggle to make it happen? Today, I’m going to be breaking down for you some of the steps to become a master manifester and goal achiever and these are a little bit counterintuitive because I know that there’s so many goal achievement systems out there. So many different philosophies about how to achieve those goals. But I don’t know about you, so many of the things just don’t work. At least they didn’t work for me. And I remember the frustration I would have when I would go through, what I call, “New Year’s Day resolution syndrome” right? I don’t know if you’ve experienced this but I always looked at New Year’s is this magical day where everything my life would change. Like I was always hoping for this drastic change would happen. I’d sit down and I’d write out all my goals and all the things I wanted to do and all of the radical changes I want to experience my health, my body, and my relationships, and my finances. And I’d write out all these goals. And on January 1st, what would happen? oh my gosh I’d be so excited. See if you can relate. I’d be like, so made of it. Like, this is my year, this is a year everything changes. And January 1st would come and just give you an example like one of my goals that I would always have is to go to the gym. And I said, the goal I’m going to go to the gym every year and I haven’t been hardly at all the year before but I was like, “this is the, this is the day everything changes” And the first day I’d be all motivated, all excited, I go to the gym, I’d work out oh and I come home feeling strong and powerful and excited. And I was like, “yes I did it!” Next day, what would happen? Next day I’d wake up and my body would be sore. It’s like,” ouch oh my gosh what did I do to myself?”. I want you to write this down because this is important. When you’ve been doing the wrong thing long enough, doing the right thing feels wrong. If you haven’t conditioned yourself to do it, even if you’re taking the right steps, it’s going to feel awkward. It’s going to feel painful. Your body, your mind, your spirit, it’s not going to be conditioned to taking those actions. And yet, we want change to happen instantly.

Well third day, I’m sure not being motivated, it’s like, “okay I’m just going to give myself to do it.” Fourth day, it’d be like, “oh it’d be snowing outside ,like ah surely I can take a day off”. By the fifth day I’d be out of the routine and sure enough by the sixth day I’d just give up altogether and forget about the goal. I don’t know if you relate to this at all but this is a cycle that so many people experience when they’re setting goals and for a lot of people, they just get to the point where they just stop setting goals all together just because they feel like they’re not effective at achieving them. This video is to help you understand a really powerful concept. Do you want to be a master at manifesting and creating the goals that you want? Do you want to be a master of manifestation? Well, the secret is you already are a master manifester. You already manifest on a daily basis things in your life. You are so powerful that you can’t turn this, this ability to manifest off. Tour costly manifesting. Sadly though, if you’re like most people you’re using this ability to manifest against you and you may be manifesting into your life things that you don’t want. And so as you create a conscious awareness of the principles of manifesting, then you can turn this superpower inside of you and learn that you can create the relationships, you can create the health, you can create the money you want easy and effortless as long as you align with these principles. So, shall we get started? the five steps, the five keys for manifesting and achieving your goals. First and foremost, powerful intentional masterful manifester, live in a space of total clarity. The clarity where you know what it is you are choosing and wanting to call forth into your life. What is it that you want? If you ask the average person, what do you want? but probably struggle to give you an answer, they might tell you well I don’t want to keep fighting with my wife or I don’t want to keep being in debt. And they’ll tell you what they don’t want. If you want to be a goal achiever, if you want to be a master at manifesting, then you have to get clear on what you want. And to get this level of clarity, where it becomes so deeply ingrained in you, that you know what it feels like. The level of clarity where you can feel it and see it in my new detail. The powerful part of when you get to a space of total clarity is you can go to a space of visualization and meditation. Imagine that you already have it in your life. You already have it. So that the moment you open your eyes, it feels like a shock that it isn’t already your existing reality. The moment you have that level of clarity and you have that feeling, that sensation in your body, knowing what it feels like to have already achieved the goal, then you’re halfway there because your body will naturally want to create that. You know one of the biggest challenges in achieving goals and most people experiences, they believe, “oh yeah, in the future, someday I’ll have that goal” and the mind always keeps that goal in the future and because it’s not in their existing comfort zone, it’s not in their existing reality. Their existing identity, it continues to be something that’s pushed off to the future. This key is to make it so that in your mind, your body believe that it’s already who you are. and And, from that space you can act as if in the second… part of this is, once you get to that space of total clarity, you align your energy. how do you align your energy with that which you want to call? In the moment you’re in the space of clarity, that’s the biggest step. But aligning your energy is to make sure that your thoughts, your beliefs, and your words are all in alignment with that which you want to call forth into your life. So that you’re never speaking things that are opposite of that what you want.

If you want to create abundance, you don’t talk about debt. You don’t talk about those things you don’t want. You don’t talk about struggling with money. You’re very conscious that your words align with that what you want to create. And your beliefs, once you are on this path of achieving a goal and you have that that goal clearly defined and clearly written, you make sure that you identify what are the blocks, what are the belief patterns that you’ve had in the past that would make it difficult for you? So for instance, going to the gym. If your belief about going to the gym is, going to the gym as hard. It’s a waste of time, it’s painful, it’s not very fun. If these are the beliefs that you have about going to gym you might be judged. Whatever it might be, if those are your beliefs you’re not going to get yourself, you’re not going to be able to motivate yourself or use enough willpower to go to the gym. It’s just not going to work because those blocks are out of alignment with that to what you want to create. But in aligning your energy, you focus on the beliefs there are total alignment with that what you want to create. So if you see yourself as a… years ago, I decided to run a marathon for instance and I had never done that before. Seemed totally crazy, totally outrageous, seem like this outlandish goal for me but I’d made that commitment. I made that desire. And I realized that in total clarity I need to decide, okay what’s the date? how soon am I going to do this? And so I picked out a marathon. I set a date. I put down a deposit. That was my level of clarity and I started to visualize and imagine myself being a marathon runner. And I started to align my energy and rather than tell myself the story that I had in the past which is exercies hard or exercises painful I don’t have time, all of these negative beliefs that are out of alignment, I started focus on the beliefs and the energy of that which was in alignment. And I began reinforcing the belief that said, “I love going to the gym. I always have time to take care of myself. when I go to the gym I get stronger and healthier every single day.” And as I focus on that, my energy began to shift to the point where going to the gym became the easiest thing. It became difficult not to go to the gym. When your beliefs are in alignment with that what you want to create, taking action is one of the easiest thing. The next step, is to ask in total faith. Now, I personally believe that we are constantly in co-creation with the divine. We’re constantly co-creating with God in the universe. And we have this all-powerful source at our fingertips that wants to support us in our goals. But so often, we simply don’t ask. Asking in faith is making that declaration. Connecting with divine, connecting with the source. Whatever it is for you and asking for that what you want declaring. It says, please help me do this and really tuning in to all of the resources of the universe has its disposal to support you. Asking in faith also means asking the people around us to support us. If you have a financial goal, if you have a relationship goal, if you have goals in terms your help to ask for the help and support that you want with total certainty knowing that people want to give that to you. The next portion of the formula, is to act in faith. to act, to take inspired action on a daily basis in total confidence and total certainty knowing that your actions will lead to the result that you want. Now here’s the deal when you set a goal to get from point A to point B, say you’re at the base of mountain, you want to go to the top, you’re not going to know every single action, every single choice, every single twist and turn, you’re going to need to take to get to the top of mountain. You’re not going to know. Same with starting a business, same with starting a relationship, same with going on any journey in life. You don’t know all of the steps at the beginning that will lead you to the end. You can’t plan it all out. You don’t need to know all of the how in order for it to happen. You just need to simply act and I want you to remember this, using purposeful and inspired action to be really in tune and just simply ask, what’s my next step? what’s the next thing that I get to do to achieve this goal? to reach this destination? to make this my reality? what’s the next thing that I get to do?

And when we act in faith, then we’re going to get a result. And that action is either going to propel us forward, we’re going to be really successful, or the action is going to create a result that’s not totally what we want and we get a realign, we get to learn from it. But either way, every action we take that’s purposeful and intentional and inspired, is going to draw us closer and closer to the goal. And as long as we don’t give up we’re sure that we will get to the result that we want. The final step in that process as you’re acting is to act with relaxed,sorry. Relaxed, Unattachment. Relaxed Unattachment with total confidence knowing that you are manifesting your goal that it’s coming to you, and you’re drawing closer to it, but you’re not stressed when your existing reality doesn’t reflect that final goal. If things show up in the form of resistance, if things show up that aren’t totally completely matching your vision of where you want to go, you just don’t attach to. It’s like, oh that’s interesting. It’s interesting. That, this is showing up, or this obstacle is showing up. And don’t attach to it like, this is not working, things aren’t happening the way I was supposed to, I’m never going to get there/ You don’t put energy into that which you don’t want. Rather, you keep moving forward with relaxad unttachment. Trusting that all of the things that you need will be given when you need it. That all of the right doors will be opened up, that all of your actions will eventually yield fruit just like if you plant a seed in the garden, you just keep watering that seed. And if the seed doesn’t bear fruit in the first three days, if you don’t see anything pop up, you don’t stress about it. You just think, oh the seeds taking time. There is a certain law of gestation that’s required for any goal or for anything that you’re manifesting in your life. So rather than stressing because it hasn’t happened as soon as you want, you just are able to enjoy it. This is my super guest star. Say hi to Addy!
