The Top 3 Benefits of Cayenne Pepper

Hello! welcome to Hero TV! Cynthia Sumner is going to teach us the top benefits of cayenne pepper. There’s so many benefits in using Cayenne that it was hard for me to come up with the top three. But the very top one that I could think of, is the benefit that has on the circulatory system. It cleanses the blood, it strengthens the veins and the capillaries, and actually breaks down toxins, and the sludge, that stuck in your joints, and in your veins, and cleans it out. Allowing your heart to pump and move those nutrients around to the places that they need to go in your body, to all the vital organs to your brain, to your heart, and allowing to absorb those nutrients and use them for your body. Cayenne is full of vitamins and minerals. There’s also calcium and vitamin C that’s providing many health benefits to your entire system. Cayenne has an immediate stimulant effect on a heart so in the middle of chest pains, you can use cayenne oil, or cayenne ointment, or even some cayenne and some water. Tub it over the heart, and rub it over the bottom of the feet. Cayenne pepper also acts as a stimulant for your lower bowel. This is important because if your body is clogged up, your arteries are clogged up, and that causes all sorts of different diseases. So as you take cayenne and you take it often at least two to three times a day, it will help break down that congestion and get your bowel moving so you’re cleaning out your body and allowing those nutrients to absorb and be utilized properly. So there’s a couple ways that you can take cayenne. One, you can take it in a capsule. Two, you can take it in a powder and three, you can take it in an ointment or in oil. So as far as taking as a supplement every day, I do not like taking it in a capsule. And, the reason is, as it goes into your belly and it has to sit for the capsule to dissolve and it kind of burns the belly. And so, I like to just take it in a powder form and the reason why I do that is it can spread out right away and you don’t have to burn.

So, a lot of people complain of that burn and this is how I take it. Now, I have been taking cayenne pepper for years. I take it because I know it’s really good for me and I love how I feel after, but I still hate taking it. Even if I try, I still pull a funny face. So, I’m going to show you how to take it. I’m going to show you that you can live after. It’s going to be hot. It doesn’t cause any damage it only can heal you. Even if you took a tablespoon, you might feel like you’re going to die or pass out, but you’re not. It’s really, really good for every part of your body and it won’t cause any damage on the lines of your stomach or your esophagus or anything. So, it’s important to get a whole cayenne powder from like a whole food store. You can use the conventional Cayenne that’s what I used in the beginning years ago when I just thought Cayenne in my cupboard and that still works as a stimulant and it still creates a cleansing effect, but it’s best to get some. So, I got this at Good Earth and you want to look at the… there’s different levels of heat. So if you get one that’s 90, and PU and heat, you just you need to use less. And so kind of start with a little bit. I, you want to workout to take about a teaspoon three times a day. I’m still at between 1/4 a teaspoon and a half a teaspoon and it’s been like 10 years. But for me, that just, it works for my body.

So, I like to put it in juice because it is hard for me to take and the juice kind of helps me manage the the hot. So, I’ve got some fresh growth orange juice in here and sometimes it makes my nose run, sometimes when my kids take it because they’re really open to taking it when they’re feeling sick it’s good to take when you have a cold, helps break up congestion, makes you feel better right away. But they’ll jump up and down after they drink it so they’re willing but it’s hot. So I’m going to drink it and then afterward you want to follow it with a whole glass of 8 ounces of water and that carries the Cayenne throughout your system so that your body can use it.

So here we go. Yeah that’s really hot. My mouth is burning, my eyes are watering. But it actually, it feels really good at the same time because it just gives you immediate energy so I’m going to drink some water. and you’ll want to drink all eight ounces right in that same sitting.
