What Are The Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar

Welcome to Hero TV. Today, Cynthia Sumner is going to teach us all about the benefits of apple cider vinegar. One of my favorite benefits of apple cider vinegar is the support it gives to the digestive system. So I use this often and you just take a teaspoon add it to some water and you can add some honey and drink it before every meal. It also helps to break down toxins which when our body is clean and when the sludge has moved out, that also allows for proper digestion. It’s full of vitamins and minerals. Another benefit for the same drink with the apple cider vinegar or the water and the honey, is it’s an appetite suppressor. And the reason why it is is because it’s so full of nutrients. So if you’re in midday, and you’re really craving a candy bar but you’re trying to eat good, drink some of that. Just a cup of water is, is good enough. It makes you feel full but it also turns off those hunger signals because your nutrient content is at the level that it needs to be. It’s also really beneficial for skin problems. You can rub it on the outside which sounds like it would be counterproductive but it helps to smooth your skin out and give your skin the nutrition that it means. You also going to take it internally, regularly, at least 3 times a day and that will help to heal the skin. Because really, any kind of skin issue is a condition from within. So when you take the apple cider vinegar on the inside, eventually it helps clean out the organs which eventually gets to the skin and cleans it long-term. Another benefit for taking out the cider vinegar is it helps relieve muscle pain after exercise. So you can take that same drink and it, you can get the benefits of relieving muscle pain. When you’re purchasing apple cider vinegar it’s really important to go to a Whole Foods place so that the nutrients are actually still in the apple cider vinegar. So you don’t want to go to a conventional grocery store. That’s been heated and processed and taken out of its wholesome state. So go to a place where you know the good is still in there. So you can make a cold drink or a warm drink. Either way, whatever you decide you like but you’ll need about a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, some honey to sweeten it. Sometimes I just take it in water and apple cider vinegar but it makes it taste better so you can have it warm or you can have it cold. Did you know that about apple cider vinegar? I have no idea.
